We design build and install control and hydraulic systems for use offshore in the Oil & Gas industries. We build systems to operate in the most hostile and hazardous areas with electrical control systems that can be based on Intrinsically Safe or Eexd requirements for use on Zone 1 and Zone 2 Locations.

Cable Lay Recovery System

FHP system for the laying of new power cables between offshore platforms and also the recovery of redundant cables onto a drum. The horizontal carousel is designed to handle various sizes of drum up to 50t fully loaded weight.

Valve Control Console s

We provide Hazardous area control systems with standby manual back-up to enable the systems to be operated safely in a ‘dead ship’ situation.

Eexd HPU

Eexd Power Packs for Offshore valve actuator stations (Electrics by Wirac Ltd)

2 Off barge HPU   

Marine Diesel Power Packs (4) for spud legs on accommodation Barge in the Caspian Sea.  Lister Diesel HPU.

Pipe work Installed flushed and system commissioned by FHP.

Eexd HPU

Eexd HPU’s with 100% Redundancy and warm oil circulation to Reeler motors to prevent thermal shock in very low operating temperatures.
Designed and built to power offshore umbilical reeler systems.
