We manufacture many bespoke systems that often require close liaison and exchange of ideas between FHP and our client to help us provide a flexible solution. We are always receptive to going that bit further to ensure we establish at the outset what the customers requirement really are and also to ensure that our systems are flexible enough to allow their use over a range of applications.

 PressureTest / Fatigue Rig

We have designed and built a number of fatigue rigs for testing a client’s product at elevated pressures, temperatures and also in some cases with repeated case cycles.
These tests often require millions of uninterrupted cycles with collection and recording of vast amounts of test data.
This rig was designed to provide various pressure pulses to destruction of as steel pipe line sample, with test parameters being downloaded to a PC.

High Pressure Flush - Test Rig 

This High Pressure Test rig was designed to operate on a range of subsea hydraulic fluids with a pre flushing operation to NAS 4 then testing the clients system to 20,000 psi. We provided particle counters and pressure recording devices to support this application.

Flush Rig

FHP manufactures Flushing Rigs for various fluids with electronic particle counters and various contamination monitoring devices.

We provide rigs for operations in both safe and hazardous areas with flows and fluids to suit all applications.
